About Us

TrueNorth Health has operated its residential health education Center in California since 1984. Like a compass, we help our patients chart the course towards optimum health. We call this direction TrueNorth.

In October of 2007 we relocated to a beautiful new facility located at 1551 Pacific Ave. in Santa Rosa, California. We offer programs including water-only fasting, fresh juice fasting and healthful eating and exercise.
