Liz Sinna: personal trainer

Liz Sinna is a personal trainer certified by the American Council on Exercise and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and has been training since 2004. Liz’s athletic experience includes more than 20 years of competitive cycling and running. She has completed many running and cycling events including the Boston Marathon and the Santa Rosa Cycling Club’s Terrible Two (a 200-mile bike race). Liz enjoys helping people of all levels find success by designing personalized training programs that integrate strength, cardiovascular and flexibility, as well as addressing muscular imbalances and focusing on core stabilization.
