We have an immediate full-time opening for a Front Office Administrator who will also be cross-trained in our Medical Concierge role at our busy inpatient health facility. We are seeking a friendly, conscientious, and efficient individual who is extremely detail-oriented, with strong multitasking skills.
Strong computer skills are required, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and use our EMR system and multiline phone system.
Duties Include:
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Answering phones and emails
- Updating medical records
- Responding to inquiries
- Scheduling appointments
- Data entry
- Retail sales
- Other administrative tasks
- Resolving patient issues and requests with sensitivity and care

TrueNorth Health Center is an 81 patient room, in-patient facility specializing in medically supervised water-only fasting and the use of nutritional medicine to treat a variety of patients with conditions including hypertension, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, and lymphoma. We provide an exclusively whole plant food diet free of added salt, oil and sugar as well as dietary and recreational drugs.
We have been in operation for 40 years and have treated in excess of 25,000 patients with our water-only fasting protocol. Our 501c3 non-profit foundation conducts clinical research and is heavily involved in health education.
Salary:
- Starting at $25.00 per hour
- PTO plan providing 1 hour per 30 hours worked, and possibility to accumulate hours and roll-over.
